Introduction to Holistic Wellbeing – 12-Week CourseThis 12-week course offers a steady, accessible introduction to holistic wellbeing, supporting you to build practical tools for balance, self-awareness, and everyday regulation. Sessions take place every four weeks, allowing time to reflect, practise, and integrate between meetings.
What we’ll explore
Week 1 – Introduction
An overview of holistic wellbeing and how the different elements of mind, body, and nervous system connect.
Week 2 – Breathing Basics
Simple, practical breathing techniques to support calm, focus, and stress regulation.
Week 3 – Meditation and Mindfulness
Accessible approaches to meditation and present-moment awareness, suitable for beginners.
Week 4 – The Body’s Energy Systems
An introduction to subtle energy and how it relates to physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
Week 5 – Introduction to the Chakras
Understanding the chakra system as a framework for self-reflection and balance.
Weeks 6–12 – Exploring the Chakras in Depth
Each session focuses on one chakra, looking at themes, patterns, and practical ways to support balance:
Root – grounding and stability
Sacral – emotions and creativity
Solar Plexus – confidence and personal power
Heart – connection and compassion
Throat – communication and expression
Third Eye – intuition and inner awareness
Crown – meaning, purpose, and wider connection
This course is suitable for anyone curious about holistic wellbeing, whether you’re completely new or looking to deepen your understanding in a supportive group setting.
