Fermenting food and drinks is an exciting journey full of interesting discoveries and satisfying results.
At its core, fermentation is simple and practical – with endless combinations!
I'm full of drive to teach about the simple ways to improve our health - it's perhaps more relevant than ever to nourish our gut microbiota & look after our immune system! I have 11 places available for this workshop – all previous workshops were a blast and plenty of fermentation enthusiasts emerged !
Come along for a relaxed fun afternoon, meet new people and learn to make the four K = kraut, kimchi, kefir + kombucha.
