Join us this May for a refreshing spring trail run through the beautiful Chiltern Hills. This guided 5km run is open to every level of runner, and we’ll introduce key trail‑running techniques along the way.
You’ll also enjoy a movement session led by Neil Frankel from the Movement Project, designed to expand your range of motion and help you connect more deeply with the natural surroundings. It’s an uplifting way to build confidence on the trails and unwind.
