About this Event
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to start perceiving and building discernment around your intuition through the felt sense.
One of the primary ways we connect to our intuition is through our physical senses—what we feel in our body, our emotions, and our tactile awareness. This class is designed to help you come out of the mind and into the body, where your intuition naturally lives.
We’ll explore how energy is mapped in the body and how it interconnects with your physical system. You’ll learn what tends to block your discernment, how your unique physiology processes energy, and how to begin building trust in what you feel.
This isn’t just conceptual; we’ll be taking everything into real-time practice.
This workshop includes both individual and partner/group exercises to help you directly experience what it feels like to sense energy in your body—and to understand what those sensations mean specifically for you.
This workshop is for anyone who:
- wants to deepen their connection to their intuition
- struggles with discernment or trusting themselves
- finds themselves stuck in the mind and disconnected from the body
It’s also for anyone looking to:
- feel more grounded and connected in their body
- meet like-minded people
- and develop a deeper understanding of themselves through direct experience
The skills you’ll learn have real-world application. You’ll begin to:
- recognize your own energy vs others
- build stronger energetic boundaries
- understand how your body receives and processes information
- and trust your internal signals in everyday life
What we’ll cover:
1. Understanding Energy Anatomy
How energy maps in the body and how it relates to your physical and nervous system
2. Opening Meditation
learn how to become aware of our inner landscape and take back your sovereignty and boundaries
3. Learning to Feel Energy in the Body
What it actually looks and feels like when your body is perceiving energy
4. Experiential Practice
Individual exercises: Practice feeling and moving energy within your own body while learning how your system receives sensory information
Partner + Group Exercises (Optional, no touch required): Explore how your body perceives intention and external energy in real time
Please bring:
- A journal for reflection
- Water
This is a space to explore your intuition in a grounded, embodied, and approachable way—no experience needed.
