About this Event

Are you curious about the different ways pure essential oils could be used to enhance and elevate your day to day life?

I hold bi-monthly oils immersion workshops in Brighton & Hove which offer gorgeous sensory experiences where you can dive into all of this & more.

I warmly invite you to join me when you’ll not only learn a whole heap but also get to feeel the oils work as we:

*Try them on our skin (topical application)

*Inhale them (aromatic application)

*Sample them in food & drinks (internal application - food-grade)

We’ll talk when to use each application method and why as well as safety considerations.

Invariably conversations usually go deeper than this too depending on the group and areas of interest.

I also explain how to buy for those wanting to do so.

Exchange is £25 (+ allevents fee) including handouts to take home & essentially-infused refreshments.
