The session will cover DISC behaviour profiling. DISC is a tool to understand behaviours, both natural and adapted behaviours, and look at how these affect many areas including communication, teamwork and performance.

DISC can support many areas of personal development – understanding yourself and how you communicate. It can also be a useful business tool to support with recruitment, performance development and conflict management.

This will give a practical insight into the above areas, with the opportunity to ask questions and gain invaluable advice to help you to develop yourself, your businesses and your teams.
