Cartonnage is the art of turning simple cardboard into beautiful, useful creations—and it’s easier than you might think! In this introductory class, you’ll learn the essential steps of cutting, building, and covering, transforming flat pieces into a sturdy handmade object. Along the way, you’ll get to play with lovely papers, add your own creative touches, and discover how satisfying it is to make something both practical and decorative. Whether you’re brand new to paper arts or already enjoy working with your hands, this class offers a relaxed, inspiring way to learn a timeless craft—and leave with a piece that feels uniquely yours. Materials Fee includes: Chiyogami papers, pre-cut bookboard, PVA Glue and glue brush, detailed handouts, knobs and embellishments
