About this Event
Join us in person in Memphis or online via Zoom. Open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
This class series is centered around the Four Noble Truths of Buddhism.
- Session 1 (5/8): The First Noble Truth
- Session 2 (5/15): The Second Noble Truth
- Session 3 (5/22): The Third Noble Truth
- Session 4 (5/29): The Fourth Noble Truth (part 1)
- Session 5 (6/5): The Fourth Noble Truth (part 2) and Summary
It is fine to attend only some of the sessions.
Agenda for each session
- Introduction (10 minutes)
- Review of previous sessions (5 minutes)
- Guided meditation (15 minutes)
- Teaching/Dharma talk (30 minutes)
- Question & Answers (20 minutes)
- Meditation (10 minutes)
Time: Fridays, 6:00-7:30pm CT (4pm PT, 7pm ET)
Dates: Weekly from May 8th to June 5th (5 sessions)
