After retiring from corporate America, he transitioned to become an AI Strategist, focusing on raising awareness of future workforce development and helping leaders leverage artificial intelligence to drive innovative business strategies.

Alfredo's impressive 26-year career at Johnson & Johnson included leadership roles in Sales Management, Learning & Development, and Global Supply Chain, across the Pharmaceutical (Janssen), MedTech (DePuy-Synthes), and Medical Devices sectors. Throughout his tenure, he demonstrated a consistent ability to drive innovation, foster talent, and achieve impactful results in highly competitive industries.

A proud Fort Wayne native and alumnus of South Side High School, Alfredo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University Bloomington. With a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges, he is committed to empowering leaders to adopt AI-driven strategies that accelerate impact and drive meaningful business transformation.
