Overview:

The number one key aspect to get, and keep, buttoned up is your business finances. Poor financial management and planning is the main reason for business failure. Whether or not you are currently operating a business, starting a business from scratch, or are looking to buy a business, understanding financials is imperative.

In this group coaching session you will:

1. Identify your revenue streams
2. Understand your cost structure
3. Calculate your break-even point
4. Create a clear budget plan
5. Understand the importance of cash flow management
