Not to suggest you don't have a curious mind if you participate in any of our other book clubs. Curious Minds, to me, just sounds more interesting than a straight-up nonfiction book club.Curious Minds will explore all kinds of nonfiction: science, health, politics, memoir, etc. I love reading nonfiction and always want to talk with others about what I've learned after reading about it.
Our first title will be Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art, "Modern research is showing us that making even slight adjustments to the way we inhale and exhale can jump-start athletic performance; rejuvenate internal organs; halt snoring, asthma, and autoimmune disease; and even straighten scoliotic spines.
