This class offers a well-rounded introduction to the philosophy, practice, and structure of yoga. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, balance, strength, manage stress, or explore a deeper connection between body and mind, this class provides a safe space to begin your journey.

No previous experience or flexibility required—just curiosity. Come as you are. Please bring your mat, journal and pen. If you don't have a mat, one will be provided.
