Curious About Therapeutic Art But Unsure Where to Start?Join me for an experiential workshop series designed to help you explore how creative care practices can support healing, regulation, and restoration. Each week, we'll dive into a different hands-on technique to discover what resonates with you.

This is a space to unlearn the rules and rediscover the joy of creating—no experience or artistic skill required. This is not an art class—it's a space for expression, connection, and nervous system care through creativity.
Workshop Details:
🗓️ Two series to choose from (Adults 18+):
Wednesdays @ 10am January 8-29
Thursdays @ 7pm January 8-29
