Intro to Sound Healing Class

Experience deep relaxation and renewal through the healing power of sound in this immersive Sound Healing Class. You'll be guided through a restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote a sense of balance and well-being.
Facilitated by Janice Doochin - Janice is a Native American sound healer who combines drumming, toning, and chanting for a powerful experience that is restorative to mind, body, and spirit. Many people drop into a deep meditative state and tears of gratitude are common.
