Intro to Pottery for Adults and Teens, Wednesdays, 5-7 pm, beginning 7/17/24No experience required! In this class we explore the basics of hand-building, wheel throwing, and glazing technique. You will make several items both on and off the pottery wheel with stoneware clay that you can use for years to come. This class makes for a great refresher if you have been away from clay for a while. Price includes all clay, glazes, and firing of up to 10 pieces. Students attend once a week for 6 weeks. Classes are 2 hours long. All students also receive 6 hours of studio time to work independently. Students are required to have their own basic pottery tool kit which can be purchased online or from the studio. This includes an 8 piece basic pottery tool kit, bucket, large cleaning sponge, and a small towel. This class is for adults and Teens (13+).
Class is $298 for all 6 weeks and includes 8 hours of FREE studio time. There are no paper tickets. The only way to sign up for class is through our website directly.
