‘Intro to Pole’ is the class for you!
Learn the fundamentals of pole and build strength safely in this super fun class with our awesome instructor, Beth!!
$25/class
Class packages (instructor specific, you have 2 months to use them)
3 class package: $60
4 class package: $80
5 class package: $100
What to bring: yoga mat, towel, water, short shorts and a tank top or sports bra, heels are optional. No lotion the day of class! No jewelry while on the poles:)
Held at Sway Ballroom, 2020 N Woodlawn, suite 405, just East of the big Ollies store!!
