Intro to Meditation (2-part course)

Come along and experience uplifting and inspiring practices that you can apply in your daily life for increased physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

In this 2-part introductory workshop you will learn how to:

- Harness the power of your breath for better health and vitality

- Regulate your thoughts and emotions for more clarity

- Tap into your inner spiritual reservoir for balance and peace

This 2-part course will be run over two Monday evenings and will help you embrace meditation for transformation in all aspects of you life. The evening includes time for questions/discussion and refreshments. All participants will receive a free gift to get them started on their meditation journey.

Part one: Monday 24th June 6:30pm until 8:00pm

Part two: Monday 1st July 6:30pm until 8:00pm
