The July exhibition in the Lagoons Gallery is one not to miss!'From a young age perceiving an image, though a camera lens, in a world of constant movement & change remains my way of capturing a subject's structure, growth, beauty or decay at that precise moment.
One moment, frozen in time. The camera gives me clarity, detail and better resolution than my natural vision can and when editing, I find more meaning & depth in my images.
With image manipulation and editing I attempt to move those moments ahead in time. To move them forward.
As an artist focused on photography, I am still attempting to reveal nature and common place things in a different clarity. It becomes another way of seeing.'
This exhibition is on display in the Lagoons Gallery located within the Botanic Gardens Café. The Café and Gallery are open Wednesday to Friday, 9am to 2pm and weekends, 8am to 3pm.
All artworks are for sale. Come and enjoy a different way of viewing flora. All artworks on display until Sunday July 28.
