Intro to Lyra
About this Event
Ever looked at a Lyra (Aerial Ring) and thought, "That looks impossible... I kinda want to try it"?
This beginner-friendly class (ages 9 and up) is your chance to safely learn the fundamentals of Lyra (Aerial Ring) in a fun, supportive environment. We'll cover basic mounts, poses, spins, and transitions while building strength, balance, and confidence ...no experience required.
Whether you're looking for a new hobby, a unique workout, or just a great story to tell your coworkers on Monday, this class is for you.
What to expect:
- Beginner-friendly instruction
- Small class sizes
- A fun full-body workout
- Plenty of laughs (intentional and otherwise)
- Photos at the end if you'd like to show off your new superpower
Wear comfortable workout clothes that cover the backs of your knees if possible, remove jewelry, and bring water.
