Let's Celebrate One Year of Rooting with Nina!

"When the ground shifted, I learned to root deeper within myself."

Join Rooting by Nina for an intimate anniversary experience designed for anyone seeking a moment to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and be nourished in community.

What began as a personal journey of healing, grounding, and restoration has grown into a space where individuals are invited to pause, breathe, and return home to themselves.

Space is intentionally limited to support a meaningful and intimate experience.

This experience will include:

🌬️ Breathwork to ground and reconnect

☕ Ceremonial Cacao to open the heart and set intentions

🧘🏾‍♀️ Gentle Yoga to release tension and cultivate ease

🎶 Sound Bath to rest deeply, restore the nervous system, and support relaxation

✍🏾 Reflective Journaling to integrate and honor your journey
