Our owner was born and raised in the land of enchantment, so she gets pretty pumped for fresh Hatch chile season (though she does insist on us serving it year round).

These legendary chiles are only available fresh for a short time each year, and we'll be roasting them on-site. Come grab a bag of roasted chiles to take home, or savor their flavor on our special New Mexican menu items!
