Courses by Chef Robèar: Sushi Rolling Experience

Join Chef Robèar at Yerba for a guided 3-course sushi rolling class! Make and enjoy your own custom rolls, kani salad, and yuzu sorbet.
About this Event

I will be instructing an intimate 8-person sushi rolling course in groups of 2 during a 2hr period. All materials (kitchen equipment, aprons, knives, ingredients, etc.) will be provided and there will be no clean up necessary!

We will make a Kani Salad and learn to construct and roll a California & Shrimp Tempura Roll. Meanwhile, our Yuzu Sorbet that I demo at the start of class will be ready to enjoy for our third course.

There will be a photographer present to record content of us during the lesson.
