Intro to Linocut Printmaking

Learn the basics of linocut printmaking, from carving your design to creating your own unique hand-printed artwork.
About this Event

Students will learn all of the steps of making a single layer linocut print from drawing, transferring, and carving. Then students will learn the proper way to roll ink, apply it to the block, and different pressing techniques. Everyone will leave with their original carved block and several prints.
