Together we’ll break down foundational inversion mechanics while exploring beginner-friendly shapes like Crow Pose, Headstand variations, and L-Stand at the wall.
You’ll learn:
✨ foundational alignment + body awareness
💪 wrist prep, shoulder stability, and core activation
🙃 how to safely shift weight into the hands
🌿 beginner-friendly inversion progressions + modifications
⚖️ how to work with fear, balance, and confidence upside down
Expect a playful mix of education, movement drills, guided practice, and plenty of opportunities to rest and explore at your own pace.
