Guided Meditation provides a gentle opportunity to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself. Participants will be led through calming meditation practices focused on relaxation, mindfulness, emotional wellness, and inner peace.

Every Saturday, you can enjoy multiple hours of self-care at SHC Lapeer — a chance to immerse yourself in wellness, restoration, and community. Starting with Yoga at 10am, followed by Acudetox at 11am and Guided Meditation at 12:00pm. Come for one group or stay for the full self-care experience.
