Intro to Crystal Bowls Workshop

In this interactive workshop, participants will practice basic sound healing techniques using a variety of crystal bowls.

Topics covered include bowl selection, basics of how to play, setting intention, and using voice to amplify the healing power of crystal bowls.

We will practice playing for personal healing and as a practitioner. Play, learn, share and receive!

Hannah Lei Kruger teaches yoga and art to all ages. She is a certified sound healer, with experience leading sound healings for over 10 years.

Hannah Lei is a Crystal Tones partner and helps match clients with their “bowl mates”. Her intention is to share the joy of connecting with art and beauty for the purpose of healing.
