This class is for total beginners--yes, YOU can learn belly dance! Start with any 10-week class. Each class introduces you to new movements, rhythms, cultural context and understanding.
You don't need to lose or gain weight. You don't need to be flexible or have rhythm. You are already perfect for belly dance, right now. This type of dance is done by grandmothers and kids alike, people of all ages and stages!
Adults of all genders, ages, and body types are welcomed and affirmed.
Class recording available for a full week after the class ends--so you can make your own schedule!
Masks are required for in-person classes. It's the most fun you'll have in a mask!
