What to expect:

-We will meet weeks at my home studio on Lincoln road. (Jan 19 & 26th)

-We will briefly learn about Breathwork and Reiki and how they can help you heal, de-stress and much more. 

-Each session will be 2hrs long and each week we will progress in expanding your energy field and your breathing capacity. 

-By the end of the 2 sessions you will have a general knowledge of how to ground yourself, tap into your energetic field and use Breathwork in your self care practice.

-Journal/Notebook & pen
