As the final New Moon of the year rises, we're invited to pause, reflect, and realign. Join us for an evening of deep restoration and soulful release—a sacred space to shed the weight of the past and open your heart to what's ready to emerge.
Through a guided shamanic breathwork journey, you'll clear stagnant energy and reconnect with your body's innate wisdom. Reiki energy healing will help soothe and balance the nervous system, while the immersive frequencies of sound healing gently recalibrate your energy field, guiding you back into harmony and stillness.
This intimate gathering is designed to help you:
• Release old emotions, habits, or energetic residue from the year
• Set intentions aligned with your authentic self
• Ground, rest, and receive healing on all levels
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water, and anything that supports your comfort (eye mask, journal, crystals, etc.).
