Intention: Invitation: Into the Mystery
Winter is a season of turning inward. As the outer world slows and quiets, we’re invited to listen more closely—to sensation, breath, and the subtle rhythms moving within us. Through music and free movement, we’ll explore the living intelligence inside our own skin—curiosity instead of answers, presence instead of performance. Come dance with what’s unknown, unfixed, and waiting to be felt, and let the mystery move you from the inside out.
Stacey Butcher is an Open Floor movement teacher, serving on the faculty of Open Floor International, and a Certified 5Rhythms teacher (trained by Gabrielle Roth). She is also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), Integral Somatic Psychology practitioner, and a Reiki Master/Teacher. Stacey has been dedicated to the healing arts for over 25 years and has studied with healers and teachers from around the world. Her teaching is infused with passion, deep presence and humor.
