🍇 What to Expect: In this 90 minute workshop container, Traeh will facilitate communication building exercises in 1:1 & small group formats. Through active participation, we will explore vulnerability together, with an emphasis on building safety collectively through consent based initiatives. This workshop is primarily talk-based & focused on communication skills.
🌷 Is this workshop for me?: This space is open to first timers & returning attendees alike. Each workshop will explore unique skills & practices, and can be experienced individually or as a series. Due to sensitive & explicit topics, these workshops are for 18+ attendees only.
