Interwoven: Yoga Flow + A Guided Journal Journey to the Untethered Soul

This outreach event is open to Special Operations Forces Spouses.

Start the year with clarity, connection, and intentional flow. Join us for a transformative guided journaling experience inspired by the principles of The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer. This event will help you reflect on the past year, release what no longer serves you, and create space for personal growth and freedom in 2025.

Led by Jessica Olson, this workshop is designed to help you uncover your inner thoughts, reconnect with yourself, and set aligned intentions for the New Year.

What to Expect:

• Opening meditation and breathwork to ground and center
• Curated journal prompts to inspire reflection, clarity, and alignment
• Group connection and optional sharing in a safe, supportive space
• Practical tools to integrate mindfulness and intention into your daily routine
• Closing visualization to envision your untethered path for 2025
