Sunrise Hata Yoga on the Beach

We will meet on the beach, near the Center Beach Restrooms at least 10/15 minutes before the start of the class.

Bring with you:
- a yoga mat
- a light beach towel and blanket

- water
- comfortable clothing

- any layers for sunny/cold days

- a hat and sunscreen

About the class:
It will be a 60-minute hatha yoga class with:
- relaxing breathing techniques
- asanas (positions) to stretch, strengthen, balance
- relaxation/meditation
It is a free event based on donations. Why?
- Because yoga is should be accessible to everyone. Donations are appreciated (but not a must) to give value to the studying and time I dedicate to this wonderful philosophy of life.
If you want you can contribute with a minimum value either in cash or via venmo.
Places are limited to favor small groups and create a more private and familiar environment.
