About this Event

Interwoven: Roll and Restore

Special Operation Forces Spouses are invited to join The Station Foundation for a morning of release and relaxation at Sama Studio. This class is designed to release deep-seated tension, improve mobility, and promote relaxation through a combination of self-myofascial release (using therapy balls) and restorative yoga postures. Participants will learn how to use controlled pressure and gentle movement to target areas of tightness and discomfort, helping to reset the nervous system and relieve stress. The class will end with a grounding, restorative practice to enhance recovery and relaxation and further support restoration.

Participants must bring their own yoga mat.

No experience required. All levels welcome.

Please invite a friend within the Special Operations Community who is new to The Station.

This is a first come first serve event with a maximum capacity of 8 participants. We kindly request a cancellation notice no less than 72 hours prior to the event. Thank you for your consideration.
