Emotional Intelligence has been defined by Daniel Goleman as the "ability to recognize, understand and manage our own emotions as well as to recognize, understand and influence the emotions of others". In this keynote presentation, participants will work to unpack how gaining a better understanding of our own emotional intelligence will assist us with self-awareness, self- management, relational awareness and relational management with the goal of enhancing overall performance in the workplace as teams and individuals.Dr. Jeremy S. Haskell is a board-certified clinical psychologist who recently retired from the US Air Force. Over the past 16 years of his career, Dr. Haskell served as a senior Operational Psychologist within the aviation and special forces communities. He has extensive experience in leading the development and execution of personnel selection, team building / training, senior leadership evaluations, executive coaching, as well as strategic program development and implementation.
