Celebrate International Yoga Day with The OM Spot as we gather by the ocean for an evening of movement, mindfulness, and connection. Join us for a gentle all-levels yoga practice followed by a guided meditation as we watch the sun set over the beach.
Feel the sand beneath your feet, breathe in the ocean air, and take a moment to slow down, reset, and honor the spirit of yoga in community.
