🧘🏽♀️Originally created by the United Nations in 2015, International Yoga Day has been celebrated every year since. Always observed on (or near) the summer solstice, International Yoga Day is the UN's declaration that yoga has shown significant benefits for physical and mental well-being, hence the decision to promote it on a global level.
🌮Yoga Haven will show its support with a FREE yoga class to be held outdoors at Bowen Yard (think great restaurants) located at 308 4th Street SW, Winter Haven, FL 33880.
If we get rained out, the class will be held at Yoga Haven, 1511 6th St. SE, Winter Haven.
🧘🏼♂️ Everyone who attends will receive a class pass for one FREE yoga class at Yoga Haven. Bring your mat and be sure to hydrate! Class led by Prima Yawa.
