Hosted by BBC Sports reporter Juliette Parkin, the panel features: Ella Foote, Emma Simpson, Gillian Castle, and Jennifer Hartley, who will share their powerful stories of resilience, transformation, and how open water has played a pivotal role in their journeys.
The panel discussion will be followed by an audience Q&A for you to ask those burning questions not covered during the talk.
