We are teaming up with the amazing Burton Bridge Brewery to create our International Women's Day 2026 brew! To celebrate, we are inviting all self-identifying women (18+) to come and join us brewing our International Women's Day beer!
First-come-first-served: places are limited.
About the Open Brew Day
To celebrate International Women's Day, we are once again opening our brewery doors to any and all self-identifying women and inviting them to join us to brew our new beer in celebration of International Women's Day!
So, if you fancy yourself as an amateur brewer, hope to learn more about brewing, or simply want to be involved in creating a beer to celebrate women everywhere, register your interest on this page!
Alongside the opportunity to help us make the beer, attendees will also have the chance to take part in a guided brewery tour*, take part in a tutored tasting, and more! Read on for the full details...
*Please note: unfortunately accessibility in our brewery is extremely limited. If this is a concern, please get in touch so we can talk it through with you. There will also be plenty going on through the day besides!
WHEN: Tuesday 3rd February, from 7:30am. We expect to finish around 2pm.
WHERE: The Old Cold Store, next to the Vat and Fiddle and Castle Rock Brewery (NG2 1NB).
WHO: This event is for any and all women with an interest in beer and/or brewing. No prior knowledge or experience is required. Strictly 18+
HOW MUCH? The event is free. Breakfast will be provided and attendees will be able to purchase a brewers lunchbox from the Vat and Fiddle.
SCHEDULE: 7:30am - start. Also on the agenda:
- Opportunity to join our brewers in the main brewery, to take your chosen brewing activity. First-come-first-served, sign up on the day.
- Take part one of the guided brewery tours running throughout the brew day.
