MARIAN BACOL is the Founder of somarae, an AI-powered somatic wellness platform. An overdose and near death experience in 2014 was the catalyst to her deep healing and wellness journey. She’s a Certified Somatic & Trauma Informed Coach, Certified in Breathwork & Meditation, TEDx Speaker and Global Retreat Host with 20+ yrs experience building community and creating transformative experiences.

COCOON 30A is a coworking space and wellness lounge where you can find community, rejuvenate your health and get calm + focus for productive days. Our members gain access to traditional Finnish-style sauna, cold plunge, red light, halotherapy (salt), vibration plates, nervous system entrainment, pemf, a biocharger, compression boots and much more.
