International Day of Yoga Celebration @ Discovery Green®

Celebrate International Day of Yoga in the heart of Houston with an evening of movement, music, and mindfulness. Discovery Green® and UNIONisCREATION™, in collaboration with community partners and the World Cup celebrations in Houston, invite you to gather for a special outdoor wellness experience open to all.

This free, all-levels event brings the community together for a guided yoga practice rooted in the International Yoga Day protocol, along with live music, cultural performances, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing.

Following the yoga session, guests are invited to continue the experience with a sunset labyrinth walk and immersive sound bath. A 50-foot labyrinth will be created on the lawn, offering a reflective, meditative journey accompanied by live sound healing from facilitators positioned around the space.

Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this experience is designed to be welcoming, grounding, and accessible to all.
