📌 Student Session | Tbilisi | November 25, 2025 | Hybrid Format
Ivane Tarkhnishvili Students’ Scientific Society invites students to participate in the Student Session of the International Conference, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Tamaz Kereselidze – a significant figure in Georgian biomedical science.
🎓 Who Can Participate?
Students from all accredited higher education institutions in Georgia enrolled in the following academic programs are eligible to participate:
▪️ Medicine
▪️ Public Health
▪️ Dentistry
▪️ Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
▪️ Pharmacy
▪️ Biomedicine and related disciplines
Eligibility extends to Bachelor's, Master's, Residency, and Doctoral students.

▪️ Oral Presentation
▪️ Poster Presentation
🌐 Working Language : English
🏛 Format: Hybrid (The event will take place in Tbilisi; selected participants will have the option to join online)
📅 Important Dates:
▪️ Registration Opens – September 10, 2025
▪️ Abstract Submission Deadline – October 25, 2025
▪️ Notification of Selected Participants – No later than November 5, 2025
📄 Participation Terms and Requirements:
1. The submitted work must be an original scientific research project;
2. Having a scientific supervisor is mandatory;
3. A submission may include up to two co-authors; however, only one author will present; (Certificates will be issued to all contributing authors following the conference)
4. Plagiarism, data falsification, and duplication are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification;
5. If the research involves human subjects, an ethical approval must be provided;
6. All accepted submissions may be legally published in the conference materials without editorial changes, and without additional agreement with the author;
7. An abstract must be submitted together with the registration form.
🖋 Abstract Formatting Guidelines:
▪️ Font: Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing 1.5;
▪️ Style: Academic writing with correct grammar;
▪️ Structure: Introduction – Methods – Results – Conclusion;
▪️ Citation & References: APA style;
▪️ Length: Minimum 150 – Maximum 450 words;
▪️ Title: Clearly formulated, not exceeding 15 words;
▪️ Authors' Names: Full first and last names of all authors and co-authors;
▪️ Institutional Affiliation: University and department must be indicated, along with the department head and scientific supervisor, including their full names and academic degrees.
🧪 Review and Selection Process:
All abstracts will undergo a blind peer-review process conducted by the Scientific Committee based on predefined criteria:
▪️ Relevance of the topic to the conference focus;
▪️ Methodological rigor and study design;
▪️ Practical significance of the findings;
▪️ Structural and stylistic compliance with submission guidelines.
📌 The selection process is final and not subject to appeal or explanation.
📄Technical Requirements for Presentations:
▪️ Oral Presentations: Must be prepared in PowerPoint or Google Slides, using the official template provided in advance;
▪️ Poster Presentations: Must be submitted in A0 size (84.1 x 118.9 cm), vertical layout, PDF format;
▪️ Time Limit: 7 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A and discussion. only one author will present.

🎓 ვინ შეიძლება მიიღოს მონაწილეობა?
კონფერენციაში მონაწილეობა შეუძლიათ საქართველოს ყველა აკრედიტებული უმაღლესი სასწავლებლის შემდეგი პროგრამების სტუდენტებს:

▪️ საზოგადოებრივი ჯანდაცვა;
▪️ სტომატოლოგია;
▪️ ფიზიკური მედიცინა და რეაბილიტაცია;
▪️ ფარმაცია;
▪️ ბიომედიცინა და მასთან დაკავშირებული დისციპლინები.
მონაწილეობის უფლება აქვთ ბაკალავრების, მაგისტრანტების, რეზიდენტებისა და დოქტორანტურის სტუდენტებს.

📄 მონაწილეობის პირობები და მოთხოვნები:
1. წარსადგენი ნაშრომი უნდა იყოს ორიგინალური სამეცნიერო კვლევა;
2. სავალდებულოა სამეცნიერო ხელმძღვანელის ყოლა;
3. ნაშრომს შეიძლება ჰყავდეს მაქსიმუმ 2 თანაავტორი; მოხსენებას წარმოადგენს მხოლოდ ერთი ავტორი;
4. პლაგიატი, მონაცემთა ფალსიფიკაცია და დუბლიკაცია კატეგორიულად აკრძალულია და გამოიწვევს მონაწილის დისკვალიფიკაციას;
5. იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ ნაშრომი ეფუძნება ადამიანებზე ჩატარებულ კვლევას, აუცილებელია ეთიკური ნებართვის წარმოდგენა;
6. წარმოდგენილი ნაშრომები ავტომატურად ექვემდებარება კონფერენციის მასალებში ლეგალურ გამოქვეყნებას, რედაქტირების გარეშე, ავტორთან დამატებითი შეთანხმების გარეშე;
7. რეგისტრაციისას აუცილებელია აბსტრაქტის გადმოგზავნა.

▪️ თემის აქტუალობა და შესაბამისობა კონფერენციის ფოკუსთან;
▪️ გამოყენებული მეთოდოლოგიის სიზუსტე;
▪️ კვლევის შედეგების პრაქტიკული მნიშვნელობა;
▪️ აბსტრაქტის სტრუქტურული და სტილისტური შესაბამისობა.
📌 შერჩევის პროცესი საბოლოოა და არ ექვემდებარება აპელაციას ან განმარტების მოთხოვნას.
📄პრეზენტაციის ტექნიკური პირობები:
