Contemporary dance combines elements of multiple dance techniques while promoting freedom of movement. In this class, Sarah will take you through unique movement patterns while focusing on creativity and breathwork. If you are looking for a fun way to release stress, improve your flexibility, and return to creative movement. This class is recommended for those with previous dance experience; however, everybody is welcome to join. For drop-in cancellations received with more than 24 hours’ notice before the start time of the class, we can offer you a credit to your Underdog account in the full amount that you paid for the class. For drop-in cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice (for any reason) we are unable to offer refunds or credits.
