Working with a Registered Dietitian from Whole Balance Nutrition, Kids will receive a short & fun lesson on the importance of balance when building meals. Following the lesson, each child will build their own balanced lunch box. This opportunity will offer kids a stress-free environment to be in charge of their meal & opens them up to trying new foods!
Food, lunch container & 1 hour of play time following session is included!
