If you’re anything like me, those last‑minute resolutions rarely stick. We jot down a few ideas, hope for the best, and maybe keep them going for a couple of weeks… if we’re lucky.

This workshop is different.

Join us for The Season Within, a soulful, intentional vision‑boarding experience designed to help you slow down, breathe, and truly listen to the season of life you’re in—whether that’s empty nesting, menopause, parenthood, or another meaningful passage.

Together, we’ll take time to reflect on your year:

• What expanded you
• What challenged you
• What you learned

Then we’ll craft intentions rooted not in “shoulds” or checklists, but in how you want to feel and who you’re becoming.

All materials are provided, along with warm drinks and yummy snacks to keep the experience cozy and nourishing.
