Intentional Love

Intentional Love is a pre-Valentine’s relationship workshop for couples who want to strengthen understanding, communication, and connection... intentionally.

Through meaningful conversation, practical tools, and guided activities,
couples will:

• Explore shared values

• Learn how to communicate clearly and effectively (especially needs)

• Learn how to navigate conflict and complaints more constructively

• Learn how to support one another in ways that truly help

This experience is interactive and designed to help couples at different stages walk away with insights and strategies they can use immediately. No lectures, just thoughtful practices for building a stronger partnership on purpose.

Led by Mental Wellness for Artists (MWA) founders, Jess and Blanca Bergman, partners in life and love.
