Intentional Breath | Immersive Sound - A Breathwok & Soundbath Experience

Join me for a self exploratory experience at Inner Alchemy Santuary and Studio located at 3618 SW Alaska St.

This offering focuses on the power of breath. We will focus on both the calming and energizing effects of conscious breathing. During our time togehter, we will explore tummo breathwork - a warming and energizing style of breath aimed at sharpening the mind and drawing the senses inward; and, diaphramtic breathing, a style of conscious breathing that helps calm, soothe and reset the nervous system by engaging the vagus nerve. We will end our time together with an immersive soundbath intended to help release tension and stress. This in-person event will leave you feeling connected, refreshed and centered.
