INTENTIONS MEDITATION -- SACRED CRAFTING Join us for a gentle and focused intentions meditation, offered at two welcoming locations this February. These sessions are designed to help you pause, reflect, and consciously set intentions for the season ahead through mindful meditation and hands-on ritual crafting.

All materials and resources are included. Drinks and light snacks will be provided.
During the workshop, we will work with herbs and spices, crystals, and found items to help shape and anchor your intentions. You are welcome to bring along any small items that feel meaningful to you—perhaps something that connects you to your ancestors, or symbols that represent the outcome you wish to invite into your life.
Once gathered, these elements will be sealed into a small cloth intention bag using wax, symbolically sealing your intentions and committing them to the coming season.
Our guided meditation will help focus the mind and clarify direction. As my motorcycle instructor once said, “We go where we are looking.” By consciously placing our mind’s eye on where we wish to be, we become far more likely to arrive there.
In preparation for the session, you may wish to reflect on what would most serve your higher self at this time. Ask yourself what needs to shift to support your progress on your path. Your intentions may be practical—such as a new job, home, business connections, friendships, or partnerships—or more internal, like cultivating healthier habits, fresh perspectives, or inviting more love, joy, and peace into your life.
No one else can decide what is right for you. By listening to your inner voice with kindness and honesty, you can uncover the intentions that truly align with who you are becoming. The meditation will support you in focusing on outcomes that help you step into the best version of yourself.
You will take your intention bag home with you and place it somewhere visible—by your front door, in your car, on your altar, or even by the fridge. Each time you see or touch it, you’ll be able to reconnect with the energy of the meditation and gently realign yourself with your chosen path.
