Intensive Cadillac - ICAD level 1 25hwith STOTT PILATES® Lead instructor trainer Monique Lavoie
The intensive Cadillac course prepares you to teach Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) exercises on the Cadillac. By the end of this course you will be able to fine-tune personal and circuit training programs to meet a variety of clients’ conditioning goals with 125 exercises on the Cadillac Trapeze Table.
Prerequisite: Completion of CMR or IMP or IR .
(Pilates Instructors educated by other than STOTT PILATES® can join the course, but they will not gain CEC's, course will be marked as workshop)
Time: May 14-17, 2026
9 am - 2pm daily (klo 9-14 päivittäin)

Instruction & Supervised Teaching 25 hours
Observation 10 hours
Physical Review 15 hours
Practice Teaching 10 hours
Total Training Time 60 hours
Additional Practical Training Requirements
Observation – Watch STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructors and Instructor Trainers in live sessions with clients or via Merrithew Connect™.
Physical Review – Personally practice exercises learned in class.
Practice Teaching – Teach STOTT PILATES® repertoire to clients, fellow students or via video sessions.
Note: Practice logs must be submitted before the final exam.
