Intensive Asana Afternoons with Kino & Tim

Dedicate yourself to a focused, immersive exploration of the deeper layers of āsana practice. These five afternoon sessions offer an in-depth study of select asanas from the Second & Advanced Series, seen through the lens of our traditional method, precise alignment, and embodied technique.

Each class weaves together practical tools, anatomical awareness, and philosophical insight to help you refine your understanding of the Ashtanga Yoga system. This is a progressive series designed as a cohesive whole—no single drop-ins, only full-week registration—offering committed students the space to deepen, question, and transform their personal practice.

On Friday we all meet somewhere special outside the yoga shala to connect, celebrate each other, share the joy of Yoga beyond the mat - and eat ice cream!
